What is the Challenge?

The Challenge is a worldwide, 8-week online training and nutrition program created by Hannah Saad to help you achieve all your fitness goals, whether they be fat loss or muscle growth. Each Challenge from Hannah is completely different (brand new training programs) and time-sensitive as we only hold a limited number every year. 

HERE IS A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 8 weeks access to the Hannah Saad Fitness App for training, tracking and education

  • Weekly Online Check Ins with Hannah

  • 4-5 days of training for 8 weeks (2 x 4-week phases for progressive overload)

  • Option of gym or home-gym training

  • Cardio and step protocols to maximise fat loss (if that is your goal)

  • An expansive educational video library to help you transform your lifestyle, habits and your health & fitness

  • Exercise videos to teach you which muscles are worked and how to do correct movement patterns

  • Nutritional options to suit your goals (fat loss, building, or maintaining) with flexible dieting & lots of recipes and meal ideas (no restrictive meal plans!)

  • Option to track your measurements and photos weekly in the app to stay on track

  • A private Facebook community with weekly Q&As with Hannah
