Who is it for?BUSY GIRL WORKOUTS is perfect for you if: ✓ You struggle to complete your workouts in busy gyms. ✓ You don't have hours to train and are looking for effective 30-45 minute workouts. ✓ You have a busy schedule, but can commit to training 3 days per week (there are also 4 or 5 day options for if you do get some extra time). ✓ You prefer minimal equipment workouts (no more waiting for machines or wasting time going from equipment to equipment). The BUSY GIRL WORKOUTS PROGRAM has one level available. This Program is recommended for intermediate trainers.

How long are the workouts?I created BUSY GIRL WORKOUTS for the busy girl! You can expect a variety of short but effective workouts between 30-45 minutes long. The program is 3 days per week, however you will have access to 4 or 5 day options for if you do have extra time.

How long will I have access for?You get 8 weeks of app access that begins when you choose to activate the program. You can pause a program for up to 4 weeks. After app access ends you still get the educational guidebooks to keep forever.
