That's me, Hannah, and this is my story.
You might relate to it and hopefully be inspired by it too.
I say my fitness journey started in 2016, because that's when I finally knew what I was doing, started being consistent and finally seeing results.
But the truth is, my journey started many years before that, back in 2008. I just spent 8 years fumbling round not having a clue what I was doing, feeling lost, confused and overwhelmed.
I'm guessing you know this feeling all too well, right?
I was so frustrated....
I would yo-yo between running around doing cardio like a mad woman, only eating carrot sticks and celery, to stuffing my face with McDonald's and barely moving my body because I'd been too extreme.
I was stuck in this cycle of binge and restrict, going from one extreme to the other and NOTHING was changing.
So I decided I needed help, and I joined the gym and I even hired a Personal Trainer. He was a lovely guy, but he wasn't the right trainer for me.
He'd never been where I was, he'd never felt how I felt, so he didn't know how to help me.
I learnt nothing, I felt even more insecure, and so intimidated and embarrassed.
I decided the gym wasn't for me, and I didn't go back for years.
For such a long time I couldn't find anyone to help me. I didn't know how to workout properly or pick the right foods.
I would always hear different information, and it's not like I wasn't trying! I did all the "big promise" diets - low carb, keto, intermittent fasting. But none of these things were sustainable long term. They just weren't healthy for my body.
Because of this I had such an unhealthy and negative relationship with food and with my body.
Have you been there? When you want something so badly, and you think you're doing all the right things and you have tried EVERYTHING but you just can't seem to get there?
That was me.
But in 2016, I decided to give it one more shot.... and I finally cracked the code
I had seen what other girls had achieved...
I knew that if they could do it, I could too.
I just wanted to be confident, happy and proud of my body.
Once I learned what I needed to do, I went further than I ever could have dreamed possible.
What began as wanting to feel strong, confident and healthy actually led to me competing in bikini and fitness competitions around the world, and placing in the finals against some of the best in the world!
Now, my mission is to help you (and other women just like you) get on the right path to achieving your goals right now.
I don't want you to waste years like I did, trying and failing. Feeling lost, overwhelmed, frustrated and confused.
If you want results as bad as I did, and you're ready to feel strong, confident, happy and healthy, you can do it too!

Well, aside from being ridiculously passionate about health and fitness, and more importantly - empowering you to become fit, healthy and the best version of yourself you can be, I'm also really passionate about Psychology and Human Behaviour.
I've combined my years of experience in the fitness industry, along with my background in Psychology to really help you break through and get results.
The thing is, we all know what to do really. We all know how to workout, how to lose weight, how to eat healthy.
But we stop ourselves. Most of the time, we don't even realise we're doing it.
Those self sabotaging behaviours? That lack of willpower? There's a lot more to it than meets the eye. You're not lazy. You don't lack discipline. You're not weak or unmotivated or anything else you might tell yourself.
You have YEARS of conditioning, thought patterns and behaviours that are automatic for you, and hold you back without you even realising it.
Most trainers and coaches will give you a program. They'll give you nutrition advice. They'll tell you what to do and they'll even support you on the journey.
But they won't help you identify your self sabotaging behaviours, your limiting beliefs and the deep core values that hold you back, without you even realising.
They won't help you to literally rewire your thoughts, create new neural pathways in your brain so that you STOP doing the things that sabotage you and START doing the things that move you towards your goals.
Sounds crazy right? I know, it's madness. But it's possible. It's what I do, and it's what I will help you do also.
So when I tell you, working with me will be like nothing else you've ever experienced, I promise you, I mean it.
